Statesmen across the world have made significant contributions not only by their political acumen but also by giving to the world some immemorable works for others to draw inspiration and learn. The most prolific of statesmen as far as being an author is concerned, has been Sir Winston Churchill, the former Prime Minister of United Kingdom. He authored several books including a few fictional works and is the only statesman to have been awarded the Nobel Prize for literature (1953).
